Postpartum exercise has been shown to be extremely beneficial for a new mother, allowing her to achieve not only greater health and fitness, but also higher self-esteem, more energy and reduced stress levels associated with caring for a child.  Research also shows that exercise and support from others may decrease a woman’s risk for mild cases of postpartum depression. 

This stroller fitness class was designed with new moms in mind, however, dads and nannies are welcome too!  This group workout is a great opportunity to get out with your baby, socialize with others, relieve stress and get fit!  The workout is held outdoors (weather
permitting) and includes a combination of power walking, light jogging,
body weight and resistance exercises and stretching. 
*Bring a large towel for abs and stretching.

There are currently no scheduled classes so please email me if you would
