Incorporating various methods of pilates, my mat instruction combines classic principles along with more athletically-oriented concepts of strength and flexibility. Using no equipment at all or with a ring, body bar and/or exercise ball, you will perform a series of exercises designed to improve overall strength, body tone, flexibility, spinal length and stabilization.

Take one or two sessions to get you familiar performing the exercises correctly, or sign up for a series that will build your strength and progress you towards advanced pilates movements.
