marathon training

After completing 5 marathons, and ready to begin training for my 6th with a new baby, I understand the importance of following an individualized training program.  Marathon training requires dedication, but with careful planning and the right program, it doesn't have to take over your life.  For the average runner who has a family, social and professional life, it is important to realize that the most effective training program is one that is flexible.  With this in mind, each client receives a customized training schedule to meet personal goals and abilities.  From beginner through advanced levels, whether your goal is to complete your first marathon or achieve a new PR, you will receive an effective, individualized program to help you attain your goal.

Not quite ready for marathon distance yet?  A customized training program can be created for any race distance, 5K and up.
